Semi-autonomous Electricity Supply (en)
The project provides the expertise required to enable Haiti's national public electrical utility, Électricité d'Haiti (EDH), to provide quality electricity services to the city of Les Cayes. By the end of this project, Haiti's national public electrical utility at Les Cayes should be able to provide services to its population without needing financial transfers from its headquarters, other than for salaries and future investments.
